How does it work?

​

Step 1: Photography & Organization
Items are professionally photographed and organized within the home. Photos will be taken in ~4 hour sessions and may require several days to complete, depending on volume.

 

Step 2: The Auction
Auctions generally run for two weeks and are promoted across multiple platforms to maximize exposure. Online bidding will be open for that entire two week period.

 

Step 3: Pickup & Shipping
We coordinate the removal of all sold items at no cost to the seller, including shipping when applicable. In-house pickup dates are typically held on the following Saturday and Sunday after the auction.

 

Step 4: Payment
Seller proceeds are issued via bank transfer within one week of the auction’s close.
